Job Description: Incident Management Recovery LeadResponsibilities:

• Act as the lead security contact for clients and stakeholders, overseeing incident recovery efforts.

• Plan and prioritize recovery tasks based on business needs and security protocols.

• Coordinate with the PMO for task management, status updates, and issue resolution.

• Enforce best practices in incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and case management.

• Ensure security and operational stability of IT services during the recovery process.

Must have knowledge and experience:

• Knowledge of Dell and/or VMware technologies.

• Proven incident response experience.

• Strong background in security.

• Ability to travel to client locations on short notice.
