· Hourly Wage: $19.00/ hour· Start Date: November 1st – Ongoing· Job Status: Part time Hourly· Total Hours: 18 hours (+ a potential 12 hours)Schedule:· Fridays from 3 PM – 9 PM· Saturdays and Sundays from 2 PM – 8 PM· Possible weekday shifts on Wednesdays and ThursdaysKey Responsibilities:· Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct in-store sampling events highlighting featured products.· Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases.· Product Knowledge: Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively.· Setup and Cleanup: Organize product displays and follow food safety protocols.· Sales Support: Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases.· Compliance: Follow company and store guidelines, ensuring demonstrations meet safety standards.Qualifications:· Strong communication and customer service skills· Organizational skills and attention to detail· Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products· Positive, Energetic, Lively and Charismatic· Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided)· Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an assetWork Environment:· In-store work during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends)· Branded uniforms will be provided· Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs#BMIWM
