Your mission will be to deliver a flawless setup, installation, and training experience. You’ll forge strong partnerships directly with clients, guiding them through initial access, data migration, and process documentation. You’re the go-to expert for answering any system-related questions and offering top-notch support.Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutionsPlay a leading role in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothlyWorks directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client usersTests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolutionProvides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvementsWhat Skills & Experience You Should BringMinimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clientsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experienceDeep understanding of relational databases and server side technologies (triggers, stored procedures) preferably using Microsoft SQL Server.Ability to write complex and efficient queries busting TSQLStrong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutionsTime management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriatelyStrong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectivesAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeAbout Your LocationOur main office is in Vancouver, BC. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need.
