Our team will give you this opportunity, in addition, we provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA). We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.How you will do it
- Apprentices will be trained and will perform HVAC equipment and controls maintenance and repairs at client sites
- Will participate in certified training through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets to provide continued opportunities for advancement
- Through coaching and mentorship, apprentices will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and meet customer needs
- Keep JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed.
- Meet attendance requirements for required training for first-year.
What we look forRequired
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment commercial or residential.
- Ability to perform general building maintenance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- This position requires a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to supplement on-the-job training with training provided through the apprenticeship program.
- Ability to be on-call as required.
