Job Description: Welcome coffee lovers!We are currently recruiting hosts and hostesses for the Nespresso boutique in LansdowneWe’re looking for candidates with a keen interest in customer service.
You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to the boutique’s clientele and directing them to the Coffee Specialists who will guide them in their search.
If you’re dreaming of a job in sales but haven’t yet acquired all the necessary skills, this position is a great lever.

– Greet store customers warmly and with a smile.
– Prepare and distribute coffee tasting trays to promote and introduce products to customers.
– Receive orders and hand them over to customers
-Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions organized by the boutique manager or team leader.
-Perform any related tasksQualifications
Relevant customer service experience
– Ability to establish contact and communicate energetically and with a smile to customers
– Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with a minimum of 2 other availabilities per week
– Excellent ability to work in a team and with computer systems
– Ability to adapt and learn quickly
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
