Job Description: Help Desk Support CoordinatorResponsibilities:
- Handle user support requests via phone and email, providing courteous assistance.
- Record essential user details and issue information.
- Prioritize and manage support requests, escalating to experienced technicians when needed.
- Document the support process, including all actions and resolutions.
- Access online resources to aid in troubleshooting.
Must have knowledge and experience:
- Proficiency with Dell and VMware products.
- Incident response skills.
- Security experience.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
