Job Description: Government, Bilingual EX & Non-EX Classification Consultant – Contract – 17640About the OpportunityOur Public Sector client is seeking a Bilingual Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultant. The opportunity is part-time and on an “as needed” basis.The main responsibilities involve creating new or updating existing EX and Non-EX job descriptions while ensuring compliance with TBS guidelines.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing, writing, evaluating, new or revised work descriptions
• Reviewing current work descriptions and recommending appropriate changes
• Participate in or chair Classification Committees as required
• Meet with Executives when required

About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• 10+ years experience in Classification in a Government Environment
• Hold a valid reliability clearance
• Must hold the Hay plan certificate
