Job Description: General Manager- QuebecLifestyle Home Products is a family-owned business, serving homeowners across Ontario and now Alberta. We are the largest independent manufacturer and installer of sunrooms, windows, and doors. We have also partnered with Jacuzzi in providing premium bath and shower products to proud homeowners.Summary:Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Quebec division’s
operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business goals. This role
requires strategic leadership, strong management skills, and a focus on operational
excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Optimize processes to enhance productivity and efficiency across departments.

Financial Oversight:

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team.
  • Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement and development.

Customer Focus:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback effectively to enhance the overall experience.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and the board of directors.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and community engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using business software and technology.
  • Bilingual.

Compensation:$110 000-$130 000 plus bonus and benefits#LHP1
