- At least 2 years of General Management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
- Radiate warmth, care, and inclusivity in all interactions, fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Possess proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in high-pressure situations to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service and uphold MeeT’s reputation for providing a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
