Job Description: This job is located outside of city limits and requires driving between different facilities. A valid Class 5 driverâs license is required for consideration.Our client needs hardworking farm hands to care for calves and perform general farm tasks. If youâre used to long hours, tough work, and staying on your feetâwhether from general labor or constructionâthis could be the perfect fit.Whatâs in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:
- Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr.
- Schedule: 12 days on, 2 days off (12-hour days)
Position Summary:
- Feeding & Watering: Ensure all calves are fed on time and have access to clean water
- Cleaning & Bedding: Maintain clean pens and provide fresh bedding regularly
- Manual Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, moving materials, and performing repairs around the farm
- Health Monitoring: Keep an eye on calf health, spotting and reporting any signs of illness
- Handling & Moving: Assist in the safe handling and movement of calves, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Outdoor Work: Be ready to work in all weather conditions, snow or shine
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery such as telehandlers, tractors, loaders, and trucks
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a valid class 5 driverâs license and reliable transportation
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting and bending
- Comfortable working with animals and in a farm environment
- Willing to work long hours, including weekends and overtime
Bonus Points For:
- Previous farm or livestock experience is a plus but not requiredâwillingness to learn is key
- Experience operating farm equipment including tractors and telehandlers
