In addition to strong leadership skills and results orientation, the ideal candidate must demonstrate:Dispatch/Operations: You will run the routes for the franchise’s Truck Team Members to ensure amazing service is provided to all our customers on timeCustomer Service: Up to twice weekly you will be on the trucks alongside our Truck Team Members servicing our customers & increasing your sales and leadership skillsSales: You will be the sales leader helping our truck team members sell our services to customers throughout the area.Finances: You will assist in recording and tracking key financial KPIs as well as certain operational tasksSales training: Out truck team members are always selling our services, To assist we hold many quick, interactive sales role plays that include reviewing sales processes, coaching on negotiation and HURDLES, and perfecting speaking pathsCandidate must also possess:An ability to motivate teammates, maintain and add to a positive & inclusive culture, and help teammates achieve their goalsAn ability to coach & hold others accountableAn ability to be accountable and coachable, leading by exampleStrong self-management and organization skills to balance workload, and conflicting prioritiesAn efficiency utilizing existing resources with a passion toward profitabilityQualifications:Undergraduate degree in business or relevant field and/or relevant experience1+ years in sales leadership in a service-oriented companyExperience leading employees within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment1-800-GOT-JUNK? business owners are dedicated to helping their employees realize and fulfill their potential at work and in life.
