Title of the Job: Frito Lay – Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Barrie, ON

Job Description: Overview:At Frito Lay Canada, the Zone Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Zone Sales Director, Zone Business Manager, and District Sales Leaders within the zone to ensure the team is meeting all key performance indicators.Title: What you can expect from us:

Responsibilities:Sales Support:

  • Responsible for answering & directing phone calls, Local Process Owner for all Sales Communication Devices
  • Updating various reports, vacation schedules and Global Control Systems execution
  • Make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and appointments with the team
  • Being a systems expert; consolidating sales data and files within multiple systems
  • Manage Zone accounts payable using the purchase card and reconciling this on a monthly basis;
  • Assist in the control of zone expenses (track charges to each cost centers);
  • Annually ensure that all expense accruals are completed;

Ordering/Maintaining Supplies

  • Annually meet with Marks Work Warehouse to produce employee uniform order voucher;
  • Co-ordinate gathering of uniform orders;

Other Support:

  • Organize, track and pay invoices across multiple vendors and customer
  • Support Fleet department (scheduling of maintenance, payments on rentals, parking infractions, 407 ETR)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with a consumer packaged goods or retail organization in an administrative function
  • Senior leader support experience, having worked with Directors or Executives and having a high scope of responsibility
  • Great with people and customers, excellent communication skills, and ability to problem solve autonomously
  • Outstanding organizational skills (as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, and meet deadlines or targets)
