Job Description: Full Time Foreman / Contremaître Job DescriptionThe Foreman / Contremaître is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a construction site. They are responsible for ensuring that the work is being done according to the plans and specifications, and that the site is safe and organized. The Foreman / Contremaître also works with the project manager to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:

• Supervise the work of construction workers
• Ensure that the work is being done according to the plans and specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized work site
• Work with the project manager to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction
• Experience in a midrise building
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
