In this role, you will be responsible for managing our service team, driving operational efficiency, and expanding our service capabilities. You will also oversee key customer project sales, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic department and help shape its future growth.Key responsibilities for the Fire Safety Services Manager role include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the Service team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team development.
• Drive the department’s financial performance by managing the Service Department’s P&L, focusing on meeting sales targets and controlling costs.
• Prepare and review budgets and CAPEX proposals for Executive Management approval.
• Oversee Technical Sales and Project Management to ensure the successful delivery of service contracts.
• Approve expenses and supplier invoices.
• Promote and improve operational efficiency within the department.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations to deliver high-quality services.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall business practices and performance.

• Demonstrated experience in a management role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid background in project management, technical sales, or service delivery within a relevant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of the marine industry is an advantage.
