Job Description: Job Description:This Vancouver-based organization are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their growing business and tightly knit team, working closely with & reporting into the group controller. This newly created role within their dynamic team will have a number of duties including:-Daily accounting tasks including accounts payable processing, complex reconciliations and journal entries.-Supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process and monitoring of internal controls.-Account analysis including budget preparation assistance and variance analysis.-Assist with review of the accounts payable process and accruals.-Financial statement preparation and preparing regulatory filings.-Working closely with internal audit, supporting risk and credit control.-GST filing, CRA remittances, preparing bank/wire transfers and additional administrative tasks as requested.Requirements:Successful candidates for this role will have public accounting exposure along with CPA designation (or near completion).
