Job Description: THE TEAMThe mission of the Transaction Services Department is to process transactions accurately and on time while providing high-quality services.THE OPPORTUNITYAritzia is growing and our Transaction Services team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for ensuring payments and collections are accurate and timely. As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Transaction Services, you will support to ensure payments to and collections from vendors, employees, and other partners are processed accurately and on time, and execute corporate credit card and vendor account management. • Support Aritzia’s approach to Controllership through the development of financial goals and KPIs
• Report on the processing of vendor payments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-optimization
• Report on the spend management of travel experiences, balancing everyday luxury and cost-efficient services

THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Analyst/Analyst, Transaction Services, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience with accounting software and technology
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $50,000–CAD $100,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
