Job Description: Please apply directly to this website >>>– Coordinate and supervise the work of oneself and farm labourers– Monitor and follow processes and procedures relating to maximizing crop production yield and minimizing production expenses– Supervise and operate equipment and machinery as directed, including monitoring settings, verifying equipment is working as intended (ex. hoses, nozzles, etc.)– Tracking & reporting progress as directed, maintaining all government-mandated and Coutts Agro Ltd. required logbooks and in-field progress– Follow directions closely (ex. mixing chemical product, unloading bins, etc.). If you are unsure of something, ask.– Inspect equipment and trucks daily and periodically throughout operation– Communicate information such as pests noticed, equipment requiring maintenance, etc.– Load and unload trucks as necessary; ensure all loads are properly secured– Keep shop, yard, and equipment clean– Supervise and participate in performing all basic maintenance on a daily & ongoing basis to ensure equipment is operating safely & efficiently.
