Join us!Job SummaryThe role of the Expert in organizational Change Management (OCM) is a pivotal one within the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) Organization. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and executing change management activities tailored to the unique needs of the CISO Organization. The OCM expert collaborates closely with CISO units and stakeholders within CN to ensure the seamless integration of people, processes, and technology changes.Main ResponsibilitiesChange Management and Stakeholder Engagement· Design and deliver change management strategies and plans to support end users adopting new ways of working· Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization (e.g., Executive, I&T, end users within management and unionized groups)· Identify stakeholders and conduct impact assessments· Contribute to the continuous refinement of the adoption strategy and plan, in line with identified adoption risks· Create risk mitigation tactics to minimize resistance· Design and lead change network groups (e.g., Change Champions and Super Users) to support end users adopt new ways of working in their business units· Liaise with other key groups at CN and externally· Identify and assess people risks, end-user readiness and user adoption· Propose change management mitigation tactics to support end users based on readiness and adoption resultsTraining and Performance Support· Collaborate with the Delivery Project team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct training needs assessment, train the trainer, and end-user training plan· Support the development of relevant training material for impacted stakeholders (e.g., job aids, presentations, system simulations)· Ensure that all communication and engagement activities align with the training strategy and planCommunications· Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support end users· Draft communications and oversee review cycles and approvals· Distribute communications to internal audiences.RequirementsExperienceChange Management· Minimum 15 years of experience working with upper management and leading change management activities within a complex project or programo Experience in delivering large-scale technology implementations and working with Operations in a unionized environmento Experience working effectively across divisional lines in a complex multi-site organization*Any experience for these above would be considered as an assetEducation/Certification/Designation· Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behaviour, Management, Human Resources (HR) or similar field· Change Management Certification (PROSCI)*Any designation for these above would be considered as an assetCompetencies· Demonstrates agility and drives change· Knows the business and stays current on industry needs· Sets direction and inspires others· Communicates with impact· Delegates and empowers others to create accountability· Collaborates with others and shares information· Demonstrates active listening· Solves problems to create valueTechnical Skills/Knowledge· Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.)· Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)*· Solid understanding of the logistics and transportation industry**Any knowledge for any of the above would be considered as an assetThis position is posted as a grade LEVEL 7.
