Posted by:Active: NowWe need a nanny who is able to take wonderful care of one year old and 3 yr old, very different in abilities. and also who is creative, knows how to talk to a baby, expand their curiosity need a baby’s nanny who can feed the little tiny one year old, who is fussy and wants to be carried all the time play finger games with her, cajole her to eat and sing, clap hands etc. she’s not a good eater and is underweight the 3 year old boy needs to be engaged in many crafts, outdoor activity, puzzles, learn to read etc. he is active and requires some mental stimulation to engage in imagination play and play a bit by himself The house needs to be managed as well as laundry etc. if you can manage your time well, possibly when they nap or while they are playing you are talking to them you can do clean up and run the laundry etc. You need to be able to see things and clean up as you go along not at the end of your day Its really difficult to do all that together, I know, but many of you have had this experience in another country and can handle it. Plus be detailed about their toys and where they put them, clean toys periodically, put everything away neatly so Mum doesn’t have to do anything or keep reminding you. You need to be able to manage the children totally with a bit of help whenever needed QUALIFICATIONS certified nanny training or further training in toddler care /behaviour an asset domestic paid housekeeping experience essential old fashioned attention to detail is important experience managing more than one child and managing the house as well, cooking light food for the kids and planning this in advance OTHER ASSETS Drivers licence and own car would be great. But not essential.
