As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our operations, including fleet operations, control room operations, field operations, and staff training. • Develop and implement growth and operational plans to achieve revenue targets and manage costs effectively.
• Ensure we meet all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Optimize operational performance to achieve productivity and efficiency objectives.
• Foster a strong client focus and ensure their satisfaction remains a top priority.
• Lead and mentor a team of talented staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Implement and maintain appropriate standards, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Work collaboratively with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to achieve strategic goals.
