She/he interacts with all levels of the organization, as well as external clients to provide information on behalf of the Executive, and to field and re-direct calls and requests as required. She/he coordinates both senior in-house and off-sitemeetings and organizes special functions as required.Key Accountabilities / ResponsibilitiesMaintains the Executive’s schedule and calendar, responds to meeting requests, telephone or e-mail.Provides general administrative support including making travel arrangements and routes inquiries.Prepares and revises presentations, reports and databases as required.Plans and coordinates meetings, special functions and events, both on and off site.Liaises and coordinates activities or events through relationships with other Executive Assistants across Fidelity Canada and Fidelity worldwide organizations.Participates in the development and implementation of special projects as assigned.What We’re Looking ForExperienceMinimum 5 years of administrative experience working with senior management, preferably in the financial services and or mutual funds industry.Education:Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.Completion of courses in business administration is an asset.The Expertise You BringExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.Team player with good interpersonal skills.Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.Fidelity Canada is an equal opportunity employerFidelity Canada is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
