Job Description: Estimator / EstimateurWe are looking for a highly organized, bilingual Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial projects and be proficient in using estimating software.The primary responsibility of the Estimator is to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects. This includes gathering information from the project team, researching costs, and developing a budget. The Estimator will also be responsible for communicating with clients and vendors, and managing the estimating process.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction estimating and be able to work independently. They should also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects
• Gather information from the project team, research costs, and develop a budget
• Communicate with clients and vendors
• Manage the estimating process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working as an Estimator
• Strong understanding of construction estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
