Job Description: Our team has an immediate permanent opening for an Engineer.Responsibilities:
- Formulate domestic and international standards for short-distance wireless communication technologies and promote the industry ecosystem
- Promote the incorporation of key research content into WLAN standards
- Collaborate with relevant product and technology research teams to develop high-value patents in the direction of key technologies
- Participate in top-level design, strategy definition, and plan implementation
- Attend standard meetings and discussion of proposal reports
What you’ll bring to the team:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Solid understanding of wireless communication and familiarity with WLAN (IEEE 802.11), PHY and MAC specifications
- A background in standard setting is an asset
- Hardworking, organized, goal-oriented, collaborative, proactive, willingness to go beyond to help team succeed
- Work independently and have a strong teamwork spirit
