You will work through rotating assignments within the TTC, acquiring hands on, practical experience related to your engineering field. You will be exposed to key technical and operational aspects of our Engineering, Construction and Expansion (ECE), Transportation & Vehicles, Operations & Infrastructure, Innovation & Sustainability areas, and steadily grow your level of skill and responsibility. You’ll be partnered with an experienced professional engineer each step of the way.What You Will DoOver your 4 years as an EIT you will work closely with your assigned mentor on exciting & challenging projects learning key technical and operational utilizing engineering principles and applying them to operations, transportation, infrastructure, innovation, and sustainability initiatives. You will contribute to project meetings, provide input, and execute tasks under the guidance of licensed engineers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the identification of areas for improvement within assigned projects and processes, and support the development of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.What Skills Do You Bring?

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

  • Currently enrolled in or have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a program accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board (CEAB) within 18 months of the program start date of May 2025.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Must possess sound judgement, good organizational, analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
