Job Description: End User Support TechnicianResponsibilities:
- Manage support requests from users through phone and email in a professional manner.
- Document user information and details of their issues.
- Prioritize and coordinate support requests, escalating as needed.
- Track and document all steps in the support and resolution process.
- Utilize online resources to aid in problem resolution.
Must have knowledge and experience:
- Expertise in Dell and VMware products.
- Experience in incident response.
- Security background.
- Ability to travel to client locations on short notice.
