Job Description: Purpose of the roleUnder the supervision of the Director of E-commerce, the coordinator will be responsible for integrating and scheduling all upcoming newsletters for our site and helping with the execution of site.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all daily activities, including the deployment of promotional campaigns, e-commerce ;
- Be responsible for quality testing and control;
- Optimize the customer experience by ensuring the constant improvement of the design, content, navigation, brand image, performance and functionality of the site;
- Regularly perform effective benchmark;
- Stay on top of e-commerce trends;
- Measure the performance of the website on an ongoing basis in order to identify problems and opportunities and thus propose solutions
- Manage the communication schedule for email channel to ensure alignment with traffic and conversion goals.
- Plan and execute all communication schedules.
- Build and manage email campaigns and customer audiences.
- Perform quality assurance on communications and handle change requests.
- Create data extension pages for upcoming contests.
- Ensure timely and accurate scheduling and execution of all CRM campaigns, adhering to business objectives and best practices.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and customer metrics.
- Assist in defining audience segmentation and targeting strategies for CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to coordinate asset creation, copywriting, quality assurance, and testing.
- Contribute innovative ideas for new CRM strategies and tactics.

- Email marketing expertise: Email marketing is your area of expertise!

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in an e-commerce position;
- Experience with Optimizely (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of SEO (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Experience with major email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Bilingual in French and English both spoken and written (The person will have to do marketing campaigns for the Canadian market).
