If you are passionate about beauty, technology and sustainability; motivated by data, disruptive, creative and a great team player, I will be thrill to talk to you about this opportunity.A Day in the lifeYou will oversee all internal and external events with all given brands.As an education event specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing and maximising best in class O+O events. You will monitor each brand expected KPI by managing the budget.Lastly, you will be responsible for driving and increasing brand awareness amongst various B2B community.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with all key stakeholders (distributors, educators, customers and internal team) to plan and lead the execution of all O+O events in support of brand objectives.
  • Service as lead for virtual opportunities.
  • Create, customize and configure virtual event registration pages.
  • Schedule and execute logistics of rehearsals in advance of live events to ensure all parties are prepared for success.
  • Generate and download reports: registrant, attendee, NPS and Q&A
  • Act as a liaison between given brands, educators, and internal departments. Obtain class descriptions, formats, outlines, bios, etc. for Event/Show marketing collateral from O+O Content Expert.
  • Lead communication strategy: source creative assets and information from brands and manage the proofing/approval process of Event/Show collateral.
  • Ensure communication via all channels (communicate the details to the Show and Education teams both internally and externally). Collab with O+O to provide website banners, collateral, and promotional tools.
  • Track all event deadlines, ensuring that the team is on time and on-task, and communicate the details to the Show and Education teams both internally and externally.
  • Manage site logistics for all events (floorplan, utilities, etc.)
  • Maintain an accurate accounting of show expenses, updating specific P&L budgets as necessary.
  • Coordinate Event/Show registration and lead management; work with the business partners to support ticket sales and registration.
  • Coordinate display resources (equipment, materials, and labor) to ensure optimum efficiency and planning.
  • Execute on-site show set-up and tear-down, working with outside labor venue staff, and internal regional teams.
  • Provide and lead post-event analysis with Brand Team to improve event effectiveness.

Who you are

  • Knowledge of all given brands and products
  • Strong demonstrated planning skills, with very specific attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to the changing demands of live and virtual events
  • Work closely with all Brand community engagement (social savvy)
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • Strong analytical abilities and computer skills in MS Excel/Work/PowerPoint/Outlook.
  • Ability to influence and lead.
