多 Work in a highly motivated and innovative team involved in the support for mainframe applications with a high quality standard.
多 Develop, code, test, and debug programs in small to medium IT Projects
多 Provide ongoing support / oncall support of application systems in production/UAT including problem analysis, resolution, escalation and reporting as necessary多 Assist in projects that involve renewal and/or upgrades for these applications, including initial high level determination of application impacts and efforts, planning, review with technical leads, working with infrastructure teams, coding changes, assisting with technical validation.Core Responsibilityo Develop, code, test, and debug programs in small to medium IT Projectso Ongoing support of business applications by problem analysis, resolution, reporting and escalation as required.o Work closely with Onshore SME/Application Designer in solution designing and providing technical oversight to Asia Service Centre – India teamo Working closely with virtual teams (BSA, Development, QA and Project Managers) to ensure timely delivery of tasks/projects.o Participating and sharing Functional/Technical knowledge with the rest of the team.o Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectivelyo Should be willing to work in night shift/Canada shift as and when requiredo Should be willing to provide oncall support as and when requiredo Occasional weekend and/or off-hour work in support of project implementationso Strong knowledge and understanding of SDLCo Extensive experience in C# and ASP .Net, MVC 5.0, VB6 Scripting, C # and SQLo Through in visual studio 2012 and above, IIS, SQL server 2012 and aboveo Extensive experience in deploying application· Total Exp – 4.1 to 6 Years·· Location – GGN
