Every Amilian is incredibly invested in our mission to disrupt the status quo and help our clients achieve great things.What you can expect:As the Director of Professional Services, you’ll oversee the delivery of our e-commerce platform’s services to new and existing customers. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you’ll lead teams in Training & Implementation, Project Management, and Data Services, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and seamless project execution. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who excels in resource management, process improvement, and team development.You will be responsible for:Project & Implementation:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Manage resources to align with project timelines and client needs.
  • Maintain high client engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Master Amilia products to offer creative solutions to complex challenges.

Management & Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and implement career growth plans for both direct and indirect reports.
  • Enhance service delivery by introducing best practices and innovative approaches, particularly for complex customers.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop best practices for project management, training, and data services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and customer success.

What we want from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment or with activity registration platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data services, including migration, integration, and reporting.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
