In this leadership role, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our customer advocacy and partner marketing strategies, driving engagement through innovative marketing initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with our customers and partners. You will lead business growth initiatives through a robust and engaged community and supporting a team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Partner & Channel Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive partner and channel marketing strategy.
  • Develop and deliver strategic content to support our partners.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of dedicated portals for partner materials and support.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and market development teams to align and enhance partner strategies.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to support partner engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of regular newsletters and updates to the user communities.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Sales Development:

  • Create and execute effective sales strategies tailored to various channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to align strategies with company sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key partners.
  • Negotiate agreements, resolve conflicts, and ensure partners meet sales targets alongside the sale team.

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing and advocacy professionals.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and ensure the team meets its objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business growth.

Customer Advocacy:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive customer advocacy strategy.
  • Identify, cultivate, and amplify customer advocates and success stories.
  • Utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
  • Lead a team to execute advocacy initiatives and measure their impact.
  • Implement business objectives and metrics to support this area of focus and report on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive (10+) experience in channel management, customer advocacy, community management, or a similar role within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.

This position does not support immigration sponsorship.The range for this position is $114,469.00 – $157,395.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
