Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Brand Marketing will act as the face of the brand, responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s profile and reputation. This individual will play a key role in driving consumer engagement and awareness through digital and traditional media channels, overseeing all branding efforts. The Director of Brand Marketing will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the consistency of the brand’s message and positioning, ultimately promoting consumer trust and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative brand and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Relationship building with sponsors and vendors
  • Lead the digital and social media strategies aimed at increasing consumer engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate the performance of brand initiatives, adjusting campaigns to address gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Public Affairs and Communications team to ensure alignment and consistency in branding across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, including the CEO and Board of Directors, to develop annual marketing plans and report on key performance metrics.
  • Oversee the management of the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Lead a team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and communications roles, with proven success in executing large-scale campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and French (bilingual proficiency).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to support data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial and budget management.
  • Vaccination policy in place
