Title of the Job: Director Finance – 14 months

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Description: Job Description:The Director, Finance will be responsible for the following:

• The integrity and timely preparation of monthly financial statements to Executive Leadership team and to our network stakeholders
• Leads the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Provides monthly summary of financial results and forecast update including analysis by client and by channel along with commentary and explanation for significant variances.
• Responsible for timely processing of payroll
• Management, training and development of a 4-person team. In particular, providing mentorship to the Finance Manager and Sr. Client Finance Analyst to elevate their career and personal growth.

TMGCTJob Requirements:

• Designated CPA
• 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Experience in a creative agency or similar
• Previous people management experience (5+ years of experience managing teams of people)
