You can still apply if you think you’re a fit.Job Requirements of Digital Product Leader:WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Digital Product Leader will collaborate with developers, designers and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver innovative product strategies and roadmaps. They will drive the integration of business process standards into the OPEX framework to achieve the transformation objectives of the team.In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing portfolio management
  • Drive product performance and profitability through continuous evaluation, optimization, and innovation, while fostering strong relationships with customers and trade partners to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Define a compelling product vision aligned with company goals and develop strategies for growth, user experience, and market demand
  • Research user needs, market trends, and collect feedback to refine product requirements
  • Convert user requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring development teams understand product features
  • Act as the customer voice for agile teams, participating in planning and daily stand-ups to ensure successful development cycles, leading a team of data scientists, data engineers and full stack developers
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including user guides and release notes, accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Work with QA teams to define test plans, ensure functionality, and conduct usability testing for continuous improvement
  • Create go-to-market strategies, support launches, and collaborate with marketing to monitor adoption and gather feedback for future iterations

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience as a Product Owner within a business environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product management principles, software development lifecycles and change management
  • The ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to be a Product Manager with multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting market research, and staying informed about industry trends
  • Passion for delivering innovative products that provide exceptional user experiences and drive business success
  • The ability to define KPI’s and measure product impact
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is an asset
  • Background in CPG considered a plus but not mandatory for this role
  • Some business travel will be required
