Job Description: NO Evenings NO Weekends!Our client, a friendly dental office, seeks a Level I or II Dental Assistant to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who is dedicated to patient care.POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced Level I or II Dental Assistant
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally experienced with Itero scanner (will train)

LOCATION:

• Etobicoke (Martin Grove/Albion – Free Parking)

HOURS: Maternity leave December 2024 Start with possibility to become permanent

• Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs (9:30-4/4:30)
• Fri (12-6)

COMPENSATION:

• TBD depending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Assisting dentist during dental procedures, restorations, root canals, endo etc in a General practice
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up trays
• Preparing dental materials and cements
• Pouring and trimming cast models
• Digital x-rays
• Providing patients with post operative instructions
• Making patients of all ages feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
