Job Description: We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Toronto, Ontario. This role is within the industry and will require you to manage and organize data, provide customer support, and carry out administrative tasks.Responsibilities:● Create client quotes and contracts for all existing customer renewals
● Execute all phases of the renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewals, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities
● Create renewal quotes and contracts that follow company guidelines and expectations.
● Drive revenue by facilitating follow-through in collaboration with Finance on securing payment from customers.
● Work in CPQ, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all renewal processes.
● Maintain a razor-sharp focus on renewal dates with proactive metrics to ensure the timeliness and completion of all renewals.
● Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work to find optimal solutions.
● Proactively identify lengthier and complex renewal scenarios to maintain high on-time renewal rate
● Maintain a renewal playbooks with best practices, guidelines, and tools to support the Sales and Renewals TeamKey Requirements:
● Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of renewal activity.
● Customer-focused approach to managing renewals and interactions.
● Exceptional work ethic with a proactive approach to time management and organization.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
● A team player mentality.Highly Desired Skills / Education:
● Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
● Analytics based undergraduate degree or equivalent technical experience required.
● Salesforce experience preferred.
● CPQ experience preferred.Success metrics:
● Percentage of renewals processed without errors.
● Timeliness of renewal completions. Time taken to complete renewal processes.
● Reduction in potential blockers and dependencies.
● Streamlined renewal processes leading to greater operational efficiency.
