Job Description: The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Data Engineer to join our People Analytics team and play a key role in crafting the future of our HR & Communications (HRC) data strategy. We are looking for someone with experience modeling data from various sources for use by other members on the team for visualization or sophisticated analytics. Ideally, the candidate would have experience using cloud platforms such as Azure. This role will be an excellent opportunity to partner with Corporate Advanced Analytics teams to drive data solutions for partners across HR and the business.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement efficient data structures and relationships to support reporting and sophisticated analytics.Develop and optimize ETL processes to prepare and transform raw data for analysis.Collaborate with partner teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and accuracy.Partner closely with Corporate Advanced Analytics teams to produce data solutions for partners.Stay abreast of industry standard methodologies to continuously improve our team’s capabilities.How will you create impact?Reporting to the Director, People Analytics you will have the opportunity to drive the data strategy for the People Analytics team.
