Job Description: Cyber Incident Recovery DirectorResponsibilities:

• Lead and serve as the main security contact for clients and stakeholders during incident recovery.

• Plan and prioritize daily and weekly recovery tasks according to business needs and security protocols.

• Coordinate with the PMO for task management, status reporting, issue resolution, and escalations.

• Enforce industry best practices in incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and case management.

• Oversee the security and stability of IT functions being restored or recovered.

Must have knowledge and experience:

• Expertise in Dell and/or VMware technologies.

• Incident response proficiency.

• Strong security background.

• Ability to travel to client sites on short notice.
