Job Description: DescriptionInbound customer service opportunity!Fully remote – must have high speed internet access!Looking for candidates who have clear communication with a minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer focused position. Must have experience providing customer service over the phone or working in a call center environment.Duties will include:

• Answering high volume of inbound phone calls
• Relaying messages
• Assisting customers with questions and needs
• Working alongside multiple available government contracts

In order to qualify must be available for on-call, 7 days a week between 7am and 8:30pm – hours will vary and schedule cannot be set or requested.Back check and professional references are a requirement for this role.$25.06 per hour
