Customer Service Duties include:– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
– Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns by identifying solutions or escalating when necessary.
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
– Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers.
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service levels are maintained.
– Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and service policies to provide accurate information to customers.
– Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.Sales Duties may include:
– Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.
– Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
– Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
– Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
– Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
– Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and product offerings.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.Qualifications
– 2 + years of sales or customer service experience
– Excellent communication, written and verbal is a must!
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Proven ability to problem solve with attention to detail
– Counter Sales/ Inside Sales/ Outside Sales experience is welcomeSummary
