Type: Full Time – Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pmPosition Overview:We are an Independently owned Desjardins Insurance Agency that is passionate about hard work, determination, and bettering our clients’ lives. • Help our clients with accuracy, thoroughness, & “wow factor” service.
• Complete daily administrative tasks such as billing, claims connections, etc.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly servicing for existing clients personal lines insurance plans (auto and property insurance servicing).
• Able to help clients understand the need for Life and Health insurance and successfully book their Life and Health insurance Review appointment with our expert team.

• Complete daily lead generation activities.

Requirements:

• General Level 1 Insurance License -required
• 1 year experience in insurance industry (preferred)
• Cold Call experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
• Diligent and hardworking
• Proactive in problem solving

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Calgary AB, this is not a remote role.
