Job Description: ShareTop JobLocated in Ottawa, ONSalary: $25.00 – $27.00Our client, a specialty contractor supplier located near St-Laurent, is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Counter Sales Representative / Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is able to deal with stressful situations and a fast-paced environment.Why work for this organization?

Required Skills and qualifications:

• 2 years of industry experience, customer service or sales of industrial products (Home Depot, Rona, etc.)
• Hospitality experience considered an asset
• Ability to work with computerized systems (ERP System)
• Demonstrated ability to work a team environment
• Proven skills in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs as will be receiving and processing orders
• Previous forklift / shipping and receiving experience considered an asset
• Must have a clean criminal record
• Bilingualism considered a strong asset

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide advice to customers on products, prices and availability
• Receive and process customer orders
• Prepare quotations
• Follow up with vendors on product availability / pricing
• Process and confirm delivery slips and ensure that deliveries are made in time
• Packages orders
• Assist with inventory
• Upselling / cold calling
• Perform other in store duties as required
