At Four Seasons, we are powered by people and our culture enables everything we do.Coordinator, OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment)The Coordinator, OS&E will be a creative individual with strong organizational skills to help curate and coordinate exceptional OS&E for new hotel developments and renovations. The role requires close coordination with various stakeholders, including but not limited to suppliers, designers, procurement agents and operations.What You’ll Be Doing:Sample Maintenance & Product Catalogue
- Develop sample catalogue for OS&E.
- Maintain R&D studio and reference library.
- Request and receive samples.
OS&E Quality Control
- Create, distribute, and maintain OS&E product standards and specifications.
- Develop regional minimum quality standards for OS&E.
- Support new development of OS&E through sample reviews, testing protocols, manufacturer feedback, etc.
- Maintain a log of OS+E specs for projects and compliance by Owners and 3PP.
- Gather feedback from Hotels on OS+E and coordinate testing of new products.
General Support & Reporting
- Support team with internal and external communication needs such as creating presentations and requesting information from properties.
- Organization of project documents, design renderings, support project kick off.
- Project management, timelines, and milestones.
- New product launch plans and presentations.
- Monitor market and consumer trends in OS+E.
- Assist with the preparation of reports detailing any product quality and product issues associated with projects.
- Assist in the compilation of non UPI budget pricing and updating of pricing levels for UPI budgets
Product & Designer Sourcing and Research
- Sourcing new OS&E vendors, focusing on product and regional gaps.
What You Bring:
- Experience in luxury product development and/or creative + design functions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Graduate in design discipline or equivalent.
- Strong luxury brand aesthetic, with the ability to quickly embrace and enforce design and style principles.
- Ability to create strong presentations, with a keen attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of interior designs and documentation
- Ability to source and identify appropriate products as required.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Presentation development – able to create holistic presentations including building in PPT and provide content recommendations.
- Proficient user in a PC or MAC environment including: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project)
- Developing project workback schedules.
- Photoshop and InDesign are an asset.
- Financial acumen and understanding of hospitality project costs.
- Ability to read and analyze financials, consumer research, and syndicated data and trends.
