They play a crucial role in supporting the area through the coordination and implementation of communications, mailbox management and the maintenance of forms and records and are responsible for all form and template development and the implementation of them. The incumbent will also be responsible for the responding to and forwarding emails and messages to the appropriate individual to action. This position and the Coordinator, Advisor Recruitment Experience, will both be cross trained and serve as back for one another.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for Advisor Experience teams (invoices, expenses, organization of meetings and events)Coordinate communications through working with area leads to receive content for field and corporate updatesResponsible for form and template development and the implementation utilizing Adobe and DocuSignCollect, manage and share best practices to support the advisor experienceAssist with the management of the Field Network Administration mailbox, completes/actions tasks, responds to inquiries and requests, forwards emails for further action by team membersCreates and maintains a FAQ document within the appropriate programs in the OneNote procedures based on requests and questions receivedProvides support and acts as a resource for specific assignments or work overflowSupports areas with technology and access requests, equipment requirements, facility management and workspacesSupports establishing a respectful workplace, promoting and fostering an environment for inclusive cultureProvides back up to the Coordinator, Advisor Recruitment ExperienceRequirements:Completion of a post-secondary education program focusing on general business and/or office administrationMinimum 2 – 4 years’ experience providing support and coordination of administrative duties in the financial services industry or comparable office settingExceptional service orientation and strong relationship management skillsEffective communication skills, both verbal and written with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organizationStrong affiliation to drive for results and exceed goals and objectivesDemonstrated ability in all MS Office suite products, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PDF fillable forms and DocuSignStrong technology skills and digital savvy; able to support a digital environment, utilizing technology for document management, team collaboration, etc.Attention to detail and ability to manage in a faced paced, changing environment while managing multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently and as part of a great teamBilingualism (English/French) is an assetPlease visit our career page by clicking on the following link: https://www.ig.ca/en/careersWe thank all applicants for their interest in IG Wealth Management; however only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.IG Wealth Management is an accessible employer committed to providing a barrier free recruitment experience.
