This role includes leading budgeting, cash flow management, and overseeing accounting operations. Financial Reporting:-Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Present operational metrics and financial reports to management for performance tracking.Financial Analysis:-Perform detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
-Provide insights on performance variances and financial trends.Budgeting and Forecasting:-Develop and manage the firm’s annual budget, collaborating with department heads.
-Prepare quarterly financial forecasts for strategic planning.Cash Flow Management:-Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize financing costs.
-Prepare cash flow projections to anticipate future needs.Internal Controls:-Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets.
-Regularly review accounting processes to ensure regulatory compliance.Process Improvement and Automation:-Streamline accounting processes for increased efficiency.
-Identify opportunities for automation to enhance productivity.Accounting Operations:
-Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
-Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and reconciliations.Tax Compliance:
-Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, adhering to regulatory requirements.
-Manage relationships with external tax advisors for complex tax matters.Qualifications
CPA
4+ years of Controllership Experience in a Professional Environment
