Job Description: Job Description:Our client is look for a Communications & Administrative Coordinator, who will play a vital role in enhancing day to day operations. This position involves program preparation, effective communication, and administrative management, all aimed at supporting our mission to enrich the lives of its members.Key Responsibilities:Communications

  • Prepare and distribute weekly email updates about events and news to members.
  • Manage content across print and digital platforms, including social media and newsletters.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage members effectively.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain the membership website and database, ensuring accurate records.
  • Oversee office supplies and manage room bookings using the Outlook calendar.
  • Provide reception relief and support for key events such as the Summer and Winter Fairs.

Program Duties

  • Organize program registration and assist committee members with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date program details on the membership website and program calendar.
  • Support room setups and events during regular programming, including some early evenings.

Requirements:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in social work, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a not-for-profit setting, especially with older adults.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in program development and communication.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and occasional evenings.
