Our CX Team works from Toronto, Krakow, Tokyo and Singapore offices.We work in a hybrid model – we’d love to meet you in the office from time to time.In this role, you will:Identify and analyze Customer needs to ensure high Customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.Inform our Clients about OANDA’s products (particularly FX and CFDs), help them to understand how our products work and how to use them (calls, emails and chat).Provide basic login troubleshooting assistance to Clients having difficulty accessing the platform.Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered by OANDA.Promote positive Client relations with a can-do attitude, and willingness to always help.What skillset do you need, to be successful in this role?Previous experience in similar roles e.g. in Customer Service, Sales, Administration or Business Processes etc. will be an asset.Very good Spanish and English.Excellent communications skills and positive attitude.Passionate about learning and strive to gain new knowledge about product and service changes.Ability to work on public holidays from time to time.Nice to have:Microsoft Office skills.Working experience of Salesforce and/or Zendesk.OANDA Global Corporation is a diverse and global team with offices around the world.
