Your leadership will steer the team through complex projects, promoting collaboration and a commitment to excellence.This position is based out of Regina Saskatchewan and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.Job Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and approval processes for civil engineering projects related to subdivisions and corporate initiatives, ensuring compliance with Provincial and Municipal standards.
• Provide specialized expertise in civil design components, such as grading, stormwater management, and underground utilities.
• Mentor and guide the civil design team, fostering project success and promoting professional growth.
• Collaborate with external consultants and sub-consultants to fulfill diverse project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and engineering reports to support project objectives.
• Conduct field inspections during construction phases, proactively addressing any design-related challenges that arise.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting environment, showcasing expertise in civil engineering design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for effective design and drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients, authorities, and contractors.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience in site surveying and familiarity with the National Building Code of Canada (NBCC) is an asset.
