As my Chief of Staff, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the company runs smoothly, while also working on high-level projects that shape our future. This isn’t just about supporting operations-you’ll be working at the intersection of strategy, project management, and business operations to help us scale efficiently and stay focused on our goals.In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with me and our leadership team to prioritize initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure our teams are aligned and executing effectively. Whether it’s leading strategic planning sessions, managing cross-functional projects, or handling investor communications, your work will directly influence the trajectory of the company.You don’t need to have been a Chief of Staff before, but you should have strong experience in project management, operations, and a knack for solving complex or ambiguous problems. MBA is a bonus.5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup.Strong project management skills and experience using tools like Monday, Notion, or Airtable.Excellent communicator who can engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information and make smart decisions.Self-starter who’s comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.LocationMontreal, Canada or Boston, Massachusetts25-50% on-site in Montreal
