Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development this role will involve sales of cement products to various customers along with actively seeking out new clients. • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate with logistics and production departments for timely order fulfillment
• Collaborate within a high-energy, fast-moving, and supportive team.
• Travel to customer locations as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer information, sales transactions, and contracts.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Manage inventory levels and track product availability.
• Create and manage customer accounts, including credit applications.
• Handle invoicing, pricing, and payment inquiries.
• Support the sales team with documentation and paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
