What you’ll doReporting to the Manager, Faculty Services, Digital Technology Services (DTS) the Business Systems Analyst will perform strategic and technical work in support of the systems planning, analysis, design and development work required to support faculty and academic areas of the university. An incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for engagement, analysis, process development and documentation, supporting project and change management activities of the university’s student and academic digital solution needs.
What you’ll bring▪ 5 years of relevant professional experience, with 3 years in a post secondary institution.
▪ Experience with business architecture frameworks, business analysis, SDLC, project management and change management methodologies.
▪ Experience with the ITIL framework and ITSM best practices, tools, and techniques; ITIL certification is an asset.
▪ Experience in developing high quality documentation required to support digital solutions.
▪ A bachelor’s degree in any subject area.
▪ Experience in effectively communicating information to different levels within and organization.
